JOB DESCRIPTION
· Responsible to promote and ensure customer satisfaction
· Present menu and recommend dishes to customers
· Good knowledge of menu and presentation standards
· Serve food to customers and set tables according to service standard
· Build positive relationship with members
· Solicit member feedback to understand their needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma in Food Management Services/GCE 'O' Level
· At least 5 years' relevant working experience. Those with 3-5 years of experience can be considered for Senior Executive position.
· Experience in Chinese Cuisine in highly desirable
· Able to maintain professional appearance at all times
· Able to perform split shift
· Able to work well with the kitchen team
· Good customer service and a team player
· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
· Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of the Chinese Restaurant
· Planning of duty roster for service staff
