Opportunity for a Jnr/Mid Associate to join the ENR Team in Singapore

It will be an international finance role with a large trade & commodities finance element (i.e. be doing cross-border work, which could mean working across time zones).

Key Skills, Attributes and Experience
You should have the following key skills and attributes:
- Junior to mid-level transactional lawyer with a good foundation of skills from a well-regarded firm, with a keen interest to learn and develop expertise in the areas highlighted above will be considered.
- At least two years of post-qualification experience and at least four years overall experience of working at a law firm would be desirable.
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness.
- Excellent written and oral communication and drafting skills.
- Self-confident, proactive, pragmatic approach to tasks and projects.
- Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- The ability to interact and build relationships with people at all levels.
- Ability to work well in both a team and individually.
- Creates understanding and clarity of legal issues through effective questioning of client and senior internal team.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, creating structure where there is no direct precedent.
- Desire to be proactively involved in business development and marketing.
- Commitment to excellent client service.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the law firm as a business and the levers of profitability.
