Job Responsibiltiies:
- Perform end to end recruitment activities with clients and candidates;
- Work closely with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and building strong working relationship with the clients;
- Provide consultancy on market trends and staffing solutions to clients;
- Work closely with senior management and team lead to ensure recruitment activities with clients are fulfilled;
- Assist in business development activities as assigned by Team Manager;
- Ensure business and work process compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience;
- Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Track records in recruitment sales and delivery is advantageous
- Candidates with no experience in recruitment but having a strong aptitude to learn and good attitude can be considered for the role.
