- Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in all F&B areas.
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure high quality. Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
