- Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Ensure excellent customer service by all staff members, addressing customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in all F&B areas.
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure high quality. Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Foster positive working relationships with all team members. Communicate effectively with management, kitchen staff, and front-of-house personnel to ensure smooth operations.
