Responsibilities:
• Defining and building user flows and prototypes in a fast-paced agile environment and successfully communicating them to the team
• Designing user interfaces and interactions from conceptualisation to engineering handoff
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including productmanagers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate business goals and user needs into innovative design solutions.
• Support user research both qualitatively and quantitatively to gain insights to inform design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user behaviours and preferences.
• Contribute to building a semantic design system co-owned by the team to facilitate better design workflows and efficiency
• Being a model for junior designers to learn from. Being a coach to guide and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of design excellence.
Skills/Requirement:
• 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience in a product company or digital agency
• Expertise in user-centric design principles and practices
• Experience designing modern websites and mobile apps
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design processes, methods and demonstrating your design craft
• Experience in motion and micro transition design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
