YOUR ROLE
This role ensures invoices are executed in an effective and efficient manner across several freight service requirements and incoterms while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting performance and cost targets.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Process air freight billings
- Check export HAWB execution against sales quotation
- Raise invoices & accrue costing (Origin / Gateway / Destination)
- Check airline cost & compute profit share
- Prepare profit reconciliation
- To reverse accrual to respective creditors A/C
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Able to commit to 6 months contract, subject to extension
- Practical knowledge and experience in freight forwarding & logistics, customs brokerage and warehousing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel to performing reporting tasks
- Basic financial knowledge such as revenue, cost and profit analysis

- CEVA Logistics, 80 Alps Avenue (shuttle bus from / to Tampines, Sengkang & Punggol MRT)
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
