- Job Scope:
Overall Management
Execute strategic communication programs for internal and external audiences
Support the Singapore communications team on media relations, social media, issues management, - Governance and Controls
Manage and support all governance processes including approvals for U.S. government officials at events, audit.
Maintain and update the records management system and quarterly reporting for the team, - External and Internal Communications
Regular media monitoring and analysis. Manage vendors when required.
Identify speaking opportunities and platforms to position senior management and support them in their communications needs.
Maintain the Singapore intranet pages, assist with internal memos and quarterly newsletter creation.
Develop ,Compile and update business information, presentations

Oversee all planning, creative designs, written materials, logistics and on-site management for each event
Work with partners and vendors to execute events.
Oversee creative development and production, content and written materials.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
6-8 years working experience in an MNC’s communications department, a Public Relations agency or in journalism
Understand how traditional and social media work and be able to leverage them - Experience – Project Management and Banking industry
