We are currently looking for a Manufacturing engineer for an operations support project to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot issues pertaining to fermentation/cell culture processes and unit operations. Identify and execute corrective actions, preventive measures, and continuous improvements for process and equipment.
- Generate, review, and update cGMP documents including batch records and SOPs.
- Conduct gap analyses and technical assessments aligned with global standards and procedures (GSPs and SOPs).
- Act as a lead in risk assessment and serve as a subject matter expert, particularly in microbial control risk assessments.
- Develop technical training materials and deliver training sessions for production personnel.
- Support the technology transfer of new products and processes, including field testing activities.
- Create, review, revise, and approve technical reports and engineering documents such as URS, FS, SDS, P&IDs, etc.
- Commission, and qualify new equipment.
