Job Scope:
- Handle distributor tasks including procurement and customer service support
- Provide excellent customer support to corporate clients, managing their orders and requests end-to-end
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including requests for quotations, service support, and documentation
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers quickly
- Prepare and submit necessary documents in customer management systems
- Proactively update customers on order status and shipment schedules
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts price lists
- Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of shipments
- Prepare and submit documents for customer customs queries
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Strong communication skills
