Job Description:
• Assessing patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan.
• Performing nursing procedures in patient's home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc
• Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for home care patients
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carred out and medications dispensed
Job Requirements: Min VALID SNB & BCLS w min 3 yrs of perm inpatient ward experience, preferably in acute/gerontology ward
