Position: Senior/ Centre Executive
Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative and operational tasks at the centre
- Work towards attaining student sign-up targets and maximise monthly retention
- Liaise with customers and respond promptly to queries
- Resolve any customer grievances in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with customer payments and maintain accurate files for auditing
- Update HQ promptly about student enrolment, trial lesson and student withdrawal
- Safeguarding of student welfare and safety
- Ensure the centre is well-maintained with a high standard of cleanliness
- Ensure all classrooms are well stocked with required materials and stationery
- Attend additional training as and when required
- Assist with ad hoc projects
Experience and qualifications:
- “O” Level Certificate or higher
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferably from Education, Retail, Airlines or any other customer centric industries
- Kind and nurturing when interacting with children
- Professional and courteous when communicating with parents/guardians
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proficient with MS Office and Excel
- Willing to work both weekends and three weekdays
