Purpose:-
To provide excellent customer service to customers and uphold the corporate image of the company.
Customer Service
(a) Attend to walk-in, email and phone enquiries from customers.
(b) Assist in student registration & movement, school cashiering and sales of books.
(c) Assist in class coordination including liaising with student/parents on update on class schedule.
Administrative Duties
(a) Ensure follow through on studio maintenance and student movement i.e., advancement, transfer, conversion, etc.
(b) Provide administration support to teachers to ensure that they can conduct their classes in a non-disruptive manner.
(c) Ensure completion of documents for daily collection/submission to Accounting & Finance Department.
(d) Perform data entry of teacher’s fee payment information into computerized system.
(e) Assist to follow up with student/parents on payment.
(f) Daily check to ensure that all main power switches are off during store closing.
Activities
(a) Assist in organizing events/activities such as graduation concert, outdoor performances etc.
(b) Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: -
1. Possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration.
2. Candidates must possess at least 1-2 years’ experience in music school industry.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Good team player.
5. Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
6. Candidates possess with relevant experience will be considered for Senior position.
