- Update, maintain, coordinate, and monitor all corrective and preventive maintenance programs for office equipment, furniture, fittings, lights, telephones, air conditioning, and audio/visual (AV) systems.
- Ensure all systems are functioning properly at all times, with regular checks and maintenance.
- Perform periodic inspections and initial troubleshooting to identify root causes of issues, and liaise with contractors/service providers to implement corrective measures, preventing disruptions to office operations.
- Handle office room arrangements, including inquiries, feedback, complaints, and administration.
- Perform setup and teardown for office and training rooms, including seating arrangements, operable walls, TVs, air conditioning, and tables.
- Prepare logistics for internal events, such as moving chairs, tables, and carpets from other office levels or storage.
- Source and compare vendor/contractor quotes to ensure cost-effective maintenance and repair work with high service standards.
- Maintain storage and inventory of all office facilities, accessories, and equipment.
- Respond to stakeholder feedback/inquiries and provide timely updates on follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports and daily work schedules in a timely manner.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties/projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITE qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or related fields.
- Preferably with experience in mixed-development operations (office and training rooms) and basic troubleshooting skills for AV systems.
- Must be physically fit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
