- Perform systems health check and first level troubleshooting
- Implementation of patches and validation after patching
- Work with the next level for problem resolution
Requirements
- Minimum ITE in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline
- Good communications and written skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
Preferred Skills /Qualities
- IT Infrastructure knowledge (Computer Systems, Operating Systems, Networks)
- IT Industry certification –CCNA, ITIL or equivalent (preferred)
