- Plan and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Workplace Safety, Health and Environment
- Create comprehensive safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures that comply with local regulations
- Ensure the effective implementation of these policies and procedures across the company
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Conduct Risks Assessment (RA), develop work Method Statements (MS) and Safety Work Procedure (SWP)
- Maintain accurate records of all safety, health, and environmental activities and incidents
- Develop and conduct training programs for employees on workplace safety, health practices, and environmental protection
- Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety, health, and environmental programs
Technical Consultancy
- Design system architectures and integration plans that meet the client’s needs
- Meet with clients to understand their technical requirements, business processes, and challenges. Develop detailed technical specifications based on client requirements

- Lead a team to perform onsite installation, test, commission, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical equipment such as switchboard / UPS / Transformers etc
- Analyze test data to identify and resolve design or operational issues
- Develop test plans and testing strategies to ensure the solution meets quality standards
- Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and resolve any technical issues or bugs during the testing phase
- Subject Matter Experts for all technical matters to the service team
Training and Development
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring to junior employees in the area of technical competency
