Resturant in SIngapore (Opportunity to work in Jeju Island available)
Job Scope:
- Manage a team of service staffs
- Building rapport with members and guests
- Planning of F&B promotions, events, and activities
- Hiring, training, developing, evaluating, and supervising staff
- Work closely with internal and external customers
- Conduct daily briefings and attend meetings
- Perform cashiering and closing duties
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the club operations manager and management committee
- Responsible for the smooth running of the entire operations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Responsible for the outlet profitability, staff productivity, and service standards
- Ensure adherence and compliance to relevant legislation, fire, food preparation, sanitation, licensing, employment, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work closely with the executive chef to plan the menu according to members’ feedback, seasonal availability, and financial viability.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in managing restaurant operations is a MUST.
