As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping Accurate Records: Recording daily transactions meticulously.
- Preparing Balance Sheets: Ensuring accurate financial statements.
- Processing Invoices: Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Updating Internal Systems: Inputting financial data.
- Generating Reports: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconciling Bank Statements: Ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Assisting with Budget Preparation: Collaborating on financial planning.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Experience using financial software such as QBO or Xero.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Familiarity with financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ethical handling of confidential data.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Professional qualifications such as CPA is a plus. Renumeration will commensurate with experience.
