Job Scope:
- Perform valuations for all types of properties in Singapore, including HDB and Condominium.
- Assess market value of properties and conduct site inspections.
- Generate new business for the department.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs.
- Prepare valuation reports and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Provide valuation, research, and advisory services to statutory boards, MNCs, banks, legal firms, agencies, and real estate developers.
Requirements:
