Job Highlights:

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance / grant management.
- Proficient in Chinese language to translate Chinese documents.
Job Description:
- Process and administer grant disbursement, payment, and fund disbursement.
- Manage and review progress of funded projects.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (i.e.: grant recipients) to clarify claims, address any enquiries, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Tracking of disbursement and payment status.
- Report generation.
- Secretarial and administrative support duties.
- Other duties assigned.
