Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6:30pm
Salary: Up to $3200 + AWS + VB
Job Scope:
- Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Perform month-end closing
- Process payments, cheques, online payment batches and staff claims
- Perform invoicing
- Prepare quarterly GST statement
- Assist in Annual budgeting
- Handle fixed assets registry
- Assist in year-end audit and the preparation of audit schedules, including liaising with auditors and tax agents as required
- Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full set of accounts
- Knowledge in SAP and Xero will be advantageous
