This is a 2 years trainee program. Upon success completion of the 24 months of on-the-job development, you will undergo further development as part of our technical resource succession planning to beome a technical expert, technical manager and beyond.
The aim of the Field Engineers Development Program (FEDP) is to build a pool of field engineers with the following capabilities:
- To be skilled in company's products and technologies
- Rounded capabilities to support both new and existing installations
- Train and develop technicians
Program Outline:
- You will be introduced to company's business processes in the first phase of the program.
- In the second phase, you will receive classroom and on-the-job training to learn Schindler's latest products and technology, and acquire technical skills, learning from the ground up.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh grads to max 1-2 years of technical experience in elevator/escalator/lifts or related Technical Services
- Able to present themselves very well (spoken/written/technical) - will be tests involved
- Willingness to work in construction sites to learn project's field processes
