Position: Brand Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative food items and product lines, ensuring they align with Nong Geng Ji's brand standards and market trends. Collaborate with culinary teams to create authentic and appealing dishes.
- Develop and implement rigorous quality control processes across all stages of product development and manufacturing to maintain the brand's reputation for excellence. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to enhance Nong Geng Ji's presence in the Singaporean market. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, market penetration, and brand differentiation.
- Manage all aspects of brand strategy, including positioning, identity, and communication. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and culinary, to drive cohesive brand initiatives. Ensure seamless execution of brand strategies across all departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize procurement processes and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales performance, market trends, and consumer feedback. Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with brand promotion and experience in promoting Hunan cuisine. Ability to translate brand vision into actionable strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience. Relevant experience in the food and beverage sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication, especially for coordinating with Chinese-speaking suppliers and developing marketing materials in Mandarin.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, consumer feedback, and sales performance. Ability to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support business objectives and represent the company's interests.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
