Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in France. We seek an Finance Account Officer to join the dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for posting invoices into SAP system
- Preparing ACH, T/T and cheque payment
- Check and process staffs claims in Concur.
- Assist to verify inter-company confirmation during month-end
- Upkeep of Fixed Asset invoices monthly and files accordingly
- Performed monthly bank reconciliation
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy / Other Accounting certificate
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable / Accounting role
- Attention to detail and self-driven, able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in SAP system will be an added advantage
