Responsibilities:
- Act as a solutions provider for managed and unified communications in enterprise and contact center telecommunications.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Assess client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Manage and expand personal sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Regularly review personal sales performance and devise and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass targets.
- Provide consulting and post-sales support to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales support and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Higher Nitec or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales.
- Familiarity with IT and Unified Communications (UC) products is advantageous.
