Responsibilities:
- Manage Tenants’ onboarding and offboarding process such as handover, takeover, fitting out, renovation and reinstatement of tenants’ units as per mall guidelines and permissible period
- Manage rent arrears and oversee litigation matters
- Manage tenants’ instore event submissions
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship
- Conduct the regular mall walk and ensure tenants’ compliance to mall guidelines and house rules
- Communicate with tenants to provide the one stop solution on all operational matters
- Attend to tenants’ feedback and address their concerns
- Organize Tenant engagement programme such as tenant talks and retailer product briefing
- Administration of tenancy updates, minutes, utility contracts, memo, purchase requisitions, fire safety compliances, aircon extensions, tenants’ capex submissions, as-built refunds and circulars.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Estate Management or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Project management skill is an advantage
- Independent, responsible, and willing to work beyond office hours
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English
- Analytical, detailed and organized
- Proficient with MS Office
