Working within a team of eBusiness Development Managers (eBDMs), you will be driving the operations excellence agenda. The vision of the role is to drive promotional execution excellence and outperforming peers on our available-to-promise (ATP).
You will be responsible for:
Promotion management
- Promotion guideline update basis Trade marketing inputs/ Trade spend budgets.
- Promotion form filling for all accounts / all Business units.
- Promotion execution check/ Mid month promo update.
- Promo ROI Analysis.
- GWP sourcing by collaborating with the possible vendors and ensuring PO/supply for the same to customer.
Finance operations
- Raise POs in system for Marketing Activities as and when/ monthly basis.
- Collect the input file from eBDMs on the trade spends for all customers and after validation input the same in system every month for Health & Hygiene business.
- Match the claims with the system input for clearance and any deficit/ surplus to be captured alongside.
- Close the loop by recording the actual claims in the template for record keeping purpose.
ATP/PO fulfilment support
- Ezapproval in the system.
- PO fulfilment support, code mapping/matching on an everyday basis.
- Temp activation/deactivation of SKUs at customer’s end.
- ATP report and follow up with customers for OOS SKU POs, stock allocation with Distributors for our customers.
Requirements:
Working in FMCG/ecommerce industry and understands the nature of the ecommerce business, being an integral part of the execution team and always willing to take on any operational tasks with ease and executing them well.
