Job Description
The Business Development Executive for Payment Services will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the expansion of our payment services. This role requires strong understanding of the payment industry and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the payment services business.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and prospecting.
· Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business development targets.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business.
· Work closely with the payment services team to ensure seamless service delivery.
What we look for in you
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
· Proven experience and successful track record in business development, sales or account management within the financial services or fintech industry, preferably with experience in payment services.
· Strong understanding of payment services and related technologies.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Fluency in both English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and partners). Additional Asian language would be a plus.
