About the role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be an essential member of our team, managing the end-to-end candidate experience and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering closely with the internal team to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the talent market and specialized requirements.
  • Utilizing and managing candidate management tools effectively.
  • Contributing to positive candidate outreach and market intelligence by identifying talent trends.
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various platforms.
  • Screening applications and conducting interviews to assess candidates for open positions.
  • Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

What you bring

  • A tertiary education in any discipline, with at least one year of work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Curiosity and a drive for knowledge, with an interest in technology and changes in the working world.
  • Empathy, sincerity, and integrity, with the ability to connect meaningfully with people at various career levels.
  • Strong perception and research skills to find answers independently.
  • A coachable attitude and ambition for continual professional development and self-improvement.
  • Tenacity and resilience, with the ability to stay optimistic and self-motivated in the face of challenges.
  • Initiative and the ability to work effectively with a certain level of ambiguity.
  • Excellent command of English and professional communication skills.
