Job Description

  1. Recruitment – Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening and scheduling, and conducting interviews.
  2. Employee Life Cycle – Handle onboarding and offboarding activities. Handle staff confirmation, movement, and promotion.
  3. Compensation and Benefits – Process monthly overtime claims and eClaims, ePayroll and CPF. Handle yearly tax submission and adhoc tax clearance for foreign employees. Administer eLeave, group insurance renewal and claims. Consolidate government paid leaves for claim submissions. Consolidate salary benchmarking data for salary review. Handle AWS and Variable Bonus payments, and increment matters. Manage employees’ birthday vouchers and long service award.
  4. Employee Engagement – Draft memos and communicate with employees on HR matters. Handle events such as Teachers’ Day Celebration, Staff Retreat, etc.
  5. HR Policy Review – Work with relevant stakeholders on policy review and updates.
  6. HRIS - Maintain the QuickHR system and help resolve employee’s enquiries.
  7. Other Matters – Liaise with government agencies on required submission such as MOM Labour Survey, Absentee Payroll, etc. Update HR statistics for monthly reporting. Prepare HR slides for monthly COM Meeting.
  8. Perform any assigned duties with the Company and its subsidiaries diligently.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in relevant field (preferably in HR/Business Administration)
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment law and sector statutory requirements
  • Team player; able to work well independently in a fast-pace environment
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with good written skills
  • Experience/s in the Early Childhood Education industry is a plus
