about the job
- PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
- Prepare shipping documents, invoicing and other documents required
- Weekly re-schedule report to customers
- Trace the shipment to ensure on time delivery
- Manage invoicing and receivables including exceptions i.e. L/C preparation
- Handling order related issues and claims
- Receiving, validating and processing sales order
- Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
- Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC qualification
- Min 5 years working experience in order management
- Medical / Pharma DC / manufacturing environment experience will be a plus
- Experience / willing to work in a new DC start up environment
- Experience handling order of SKU 6000 or more will be a plus
- Hands on with order management, processing , fulfilment
- Super SAP / Proficient SAP user (SD module)
- Hybrid work environment (4 day office / 1 day home)
