About Our Client
Our client is a Cyber-AI platform that helps digital businesses worldwide eliminate fake accounts and stop all fraudulent activities. They are trusted by global unicorns globally and have made a strong impression globally, expanding to the US, UK, Germany, Indonesia, China, India and Singapore. They are now looking for a Customer Marketing Manager (Asia), to focus on driving marketing collaborations with their existing clients.
Job Description
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify customers who are willing to be featured in your Marketing campaigns
- Produce customer stories, including case studies, press releases, and customer video content
- Gather information for creating compelling and interactive case studies to inspire other businesses to buy our client's products & services
- Support the creation and distribution of Marketing assets such as customer case studies, webinars, video testimonial, social media content, press releases etc
- Conduct customer interviews, prepare questions and work with internal teams to create written/video testimonials that showcase the value and benefits of our client's products and services.
- Develop creative, new ways to tell customer stories
The Successful Applicant
- About 6 years of proven experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related role
- Previous experience in Tech/SaaS is a plus
- Experience producing customer case studies and customer videos that showcase success using products/services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Good video editing/video marketing skills are a plus
