Responsibilities:
- Reponsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by the company accoding to schedule, cost and quality
- Establish good communications and working relationships with clients, consultants, government agencies, contractors, suppliers and staffs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building permit, rules and regulations
- Monitor compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and company ISO policies and practices.
- Manage project team, all site staff, site works, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare regular progress report for each project to management
- Anticipating problems and solving problems
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties required by the management
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degress in construction related courses
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction industry
- Strong leadership, communication and organizations skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & Autocad
- Able to work with fast pace environment
- Positive attitude and organise
- Able to handle stress
- Mandarin speaking and written is esstional knowledge due to cooridinate with Chinese client and project team.
