- Received deployment/job dispatching request from end user & Performs documentation of Service Requests information in our master reference system.
- Coordinate with customers/end users on deployment scheduling.
- Execute internally with warehouse/onsite team for project preps & items readiness.
- Reply end users queries via emails/phone calls.
- Inventory Management/Reporting.
- Ensure consigned physical items tally with Inventory Report
- Arrange scrap machines schedule.
- Ensure all schedule dispatch/deployment meet SLA/KPI
- Preparing Daily/Monthly/Weekly Reports.
- Monitoring Open cases and doing timely follow-up.
- Provides administrative and operational support to the project team.
- Performs management of Service Requests according to Customers' Service Agreement.
- Liaison, planning and coordination of Service Requests with IT Onsite engineers.
- Liaison with third party vendor on collection and delivery assignments.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Nitec in Admin, IT , Business or relevant
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- 5 days work (8.30am to 6pm) at Henderson road (Bukit Merah Central)
- Salary $2400 - $3000
