Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and help them find suitable solutions.
- Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries.
This job is partialy remote which allows you the flexibilities of working from home on some days of the week.
