In this role, you will be responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of individual life insurance claims
Responsibilities:
- Assess and settle individual life insurance claims arising from policies in force
- Make recommendations on policies and guidelines to individual life insurance claims
- Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA
- Process all individual life insurance claims documents timely
- Answer inquires relating to claims processing
Requirements:
- Insurance knowledge/background required
- Relevant experience in call center, customer service, telemarketing or claims
