Admin duties
· Prepare documents such as packing list for local and oversea customers
· Manage core product inventory. Place PO for new and repeat order to suppliers
· Compare and negotiate prices.
· Organized and maintain proper records keeping and filing of documentation
· Good knowledge of documentation of import/export procedures
· Co-ordinate with forwarders for import/export scheduling and booking of shipment
· Liaise with outsource warehouse for incoming/outgoing of goods
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Company
· Managed e-commerce processes experience
· Other task company assigned
Requirement
· At least 2 years of working experience
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Proficient in MS Office
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin as require to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
· Prior knowledge with ERP System is a plus
· Able to start immediate or on short notice period
