Job Description:
- Lead a team to achieve operational goals in the dishwashing industry.
- Supervise workflow, train new staff, and ensure overall performance meets standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, oversee inventory, and report any issues to management.
- Understand technical aspects of dishwashing machines, promptly report malfunctions.
- Collaborate with the manager on daily tasks and assist in planning future operations.

- Monitor operation efficiency, address any shortcomings, and promote health and safety practices.
- Liaise with other teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are met and report any deficiencies to management.
- Actively engage in hands-on tasks when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in the dishwashing industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
