- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment and recommend needed changes.
- Plan and conduct new employee (Staff) orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Ensure staff job descriptions are up to date.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs with HOD and Team Leaders to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities. Refer to DP Training Policies.
- Conduct Staff performance and salary reviews with Management. Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Grievous management - Investigate staff issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. Refereeing disputes, dismissal of staff and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations from MOM
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Oversee & maintain the company staff employee directory.
- Maintain HR systems and processes – Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Design and implement employee (Staff) retention strategies.
- Oversee & Monitor Tracking of PCP purchases
- Oversee Track & Execute Staff Assessment
- Team building – promote departmental collaboration, organise team building event. Promote bonding among employees
- Compute and submit Staff monthly pay
- Support Company restructuring process (if any) including employee transfer, retrenchment
- Hospitalization Insuranace review and renewal
