Job Description
- Managing a few zones under his Area.
- Understanding of Route Plan management & high sales location priorities.
- Ensuring all locations are being attended and frequency of high sales location being monitor.
- Develop a good understanding and communication with his Area’s VCs.
- Assist the staff in managing their plan, stock and/or discrepancies and to stand-in his Area Zone if the absence of staff.
- Assist in customer complaints and discuss with his Area of any fault/mistakes that is not in our company SOP.
- Assist the management to ensure target & goals being meet and understood.
- Progressively, will be nurtured & exposed to more middle management challenges, decision making, once stable and ready for further responsibilities.
- Replenishment of stock
- Cleaning/maintaining of machines
- Simple troubleshooting
- Collection of money/stock
- Hand over daily coins and bills collected from machine
- Feedback on technical complaints
- Liaises with customer on operational matters
- Proper record of stocks and documentation
- Maintain vehicle assigned
- Key in location transaction
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma
- Class 3 license a must.
- Physical must be fit and able work in hot environment. Knowledge of basic computer applications such as MS office.
- Can communicate and write simple English language or Chinese language will be advantage.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Have a team player spirit, self-motivation and can be independent.
- Good work ethics and committed to service
