Position Overview:
As a Junior Kitchen Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, assisting in the preparation and execution of our signature BBQ smokehouse and steakhouse dishes. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of BBQ meats, sides, and premium steaks according to our established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Support the senior kitchen staff in daily operations, including prepping ingredients, marinating meats, and mastering smoking and grilling techniques.
- Ensure all food items are prepared with the highest quality and consistency.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Participate in kitchen inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
