Job Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 support for existing BAU systems.
- Investigate root causes and resolve issues within SLA.
- Manage the lifecycle of Jira tickets.
- Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Manage implementations of new application releases, adhering to best practices of the release management process.
- Collaborate with various partners, including Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security, and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
- Respond to production issues promptly, in accordance with the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
- Enhance existing support processes to maintain or improve service levels and quality.
- Possess knowledge of Linux and MariaDB/any database.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in Application Support is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with MariaDB, KAFKA, OpenShift, Jenkins, and BitBucket.
- Experience and proficiency in UNIX Shell/Perl Scripting.
- Knowledge of Java, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Effective communicator with the ability to liaise with business users.
