Our client is a renowned financial services institution and is currently seeking an IT Operations & Change Manager as part of their growth plans in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily IT operations to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
- Implement and maintain ITIL standards for incident, problem, change, and service level management.
- Support the development team with technical guidance, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
- Lead the resolution of IT issues, coordinating with teams and vendors to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the change management process to ensure minimal service disruption.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in change management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in core banking/payment systems
- ITIL certification or cloud experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in mandarin-speaking to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
