Descriptions:
- Define function modules of payment platform independently and produce the product requirement documents, develop and maintain the product roadmap.
- Integrate omni-payment channels of deposit & withdrawal and build the capability of channel routing for user experience improvement.
- Analyze business needs in depth to identify common functionalities, enhance the generalization and scalability of product modules.
- Lead end-to-end product implementation process and collaborate efficiently with engineering, QA and other relevant cross-functional teams to deliver the project completely as scheduled.
- Set key metrics and achieve product goals through product function iterations based on data analysis, competitor research and product performance.
Requirements:
- 8 +years of experience in payment product design and management ,with at least 5 years in FinTech, payment or securities /forex industries, knowledge of cryptocurrency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation ,Finance, Engineering relevant field.
- Passion for working in a startup environment, strong resilience and adaptability of fast pace and changes of the Fintech industry.
- Excellent communication skills and strong product ownership, work closely with cross-functional departments and influence corresponding stakeholders for alignment.
- Strong problem-solving skill , data driven and strategically thinking about product development and market trends.
- Fluency in Mandarin and Business level English to liaise with stakeholders across APAC
