Job Description:
- Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and helpful manner, striving to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, and issue Purchase Order to factories that is located globally including Japan.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, track shipments, and communicate any delays or issues to customers proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through regular communication and personalised assistance.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations effectively, investigating the issue, and finding suitable resolutions, and address customer concerns promptly and ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer records, update contact information, and track interactions in our BPCS system.
- Study and improve the data entry processes using technology.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office application is essential and hands-on experience in BPCS (Business Planning & Control System) is much preferred.
- Knowledge of MITSUBOSHI automotive and industrial belt type an added advantage.
