- help in overseeing day-to-day operations to deliver a good service for our guests consistently

- help food and drink recommendations to guests.
- carry out administration duties include stock ordering, staff roster, billing, daily report and duty assignments
- settle personnel problems, hire new staff, and evaluate staff performance

- solving issues or complaints in a professional manner
