- Primarily responsible for hiring secondment headcounts as per Business needs for the following domains but not limited to IT infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Network Security, Desktop support, Command center, etc. projects related to Singapore government agencies and commercial as needed.
- Should be knowledgeable about the end-to-end process for hiring not limited to Manpower Vendor Onboarding and management, JD, CV Sourcing, validation, interviews, Onboarding, Secondee Support, Offboarding, Seconding Planning, and forecast.
- Actively involved in expanding the local workforce and supporting all business units by sourcing and providing suitable talent to prevent staffing shortages at government agencies, ensuring uninterrupted daily operations.
- Effectively manage hiring costs by securing qualified candidates within the company's agreed budget.
- Maintain accurate records of secondment employees' cost details and provide monthly provisioning and hiring cost forecasts to management and the finance team.
- Actively participate in the vendor invoicing process and provide monthly cost reports to the finance department for vendor payments.
- Mentoring and guiding the secondment recruitment and BO administration teams. I also actively participate in project bid submissions with the business and sales teams, providing accurate manpower hiring cost estimates based on market standards.
- Oversee the entire secondment recruitment process for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Handle vendor invoicing processes and provide monthly cost reports to finance for vendor payments.
- Address employee grievances and provide guidance and support to BO administrators in resolving these issues.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and provide timely reports to all business owners.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to BO admins in effectively addressing employee grievances.
- Manage and maintain the entire vendor management process, ensuring the selection of appropriate vendors to support business requirements.
- Engage in cost negotiations with vendors to optimize expenses.
- Maintain the contract staff ratio and oversee their renewals.
