Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing and planning engineering strategies
- checking on paper and site work progress
- conducting project safety briefing
- controlling materials order and usage
- supervising construction team
- increasing company's work quantity and quality
- ensure that structure are constructed in a safety and sturdiest manner
- reporting to director and PM
- liaise with consultants, conractors and authorities
- miscellaneous duties and adhoc works
- manage team of 20 - 30 workers
- hands on, able to go to site
Requirements:
- Min 4-5 years of construction management experience
- Civil engineering background
- Must speak good English
- able to work independently
- Salary range: $3000 - $4000 (depending on experience)
- Working hours: 8am to 7pm (Mon to Sat)
