JOB DESCRIPTION
• Perform invoice submissions
• Check and prepare works orders, quotations, delivery orders for customers
• Prepare plating process specifications for customers
• Co-ordinate and ensure all filing systems in the company’s computers are standardised for easy reference
• Assist in organising shipments of customers’ orders and documentations
• Prepare standardised sales letters with company’s product brochures for customers
• Attend to incoming sales enquiries
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- GCE “O” Level or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in similar job role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Able to handle large volumes of paperwork
- Good communication and work organisation skills
- Able to work in a team
- Candidates who can start work at short notice preferred
