SAP Service Management Consultant
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent
- 7 -10 years relevant experience in Sap Service Management implementation preferably with ECC 6.0
- Hands-on experience in full implementation projects primarily as SM designer with secondary skills of Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules or plant Maintenance Module
- An all-round expert that has experience from requirements gathering to setting up the entire flow of service order Management, delivery and invoice and integrations with other modules such as SD, MM and FI/FICO
- Some hands-on experience on related SAP ECC HR module will be an advantage
- ABAP programming and coding is required
- Hands on experience in S4 HANA CRM or SM will be an advantage
- Requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners globally while documentation is utmost important
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
