Job Descriptions:
- Circulate suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting.
- Prepare suppliers' payments.
- perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts.
- assist in the preparation of journals for monthly closing of accounts.
- Other duties as and when assign.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.
- Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.
